From NYC, Enso Sauna is easily reachable by taking subway line A to 175 St. and transfering to Bus 178 at the GW Bridge Bus Terminal. From there, it’s only a short ride to Dean St at Demarest Ave.
Pack a water bottle and swimwear or sweat-friendly layers. We’ll supply towels and amenities.

Yes, our entrance is street-level with no steps, and the interior pathways are wide enough for wheelchairs and strollers. Just let us know if you’d like assistance when you arrive.
Plan to arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment. This is enough time to change and hydrate so you can start right on schedule.
