Enter your private suite and begin with 10-30 minutes of infrared sauna to warm muscles, increase circulation, and open your pores.

After your sauna, step into the plunge 2-3 minutes in the cold is enough to activate the benefits - though some stay longer.

Cycle back to the sauna if desired. 2-3 rounds of hot/cold can enhance and deepen recovery.
