Why an Infrared Sauna?

Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared saunas use radiant light to gently warm the body from within. This deep-penetrating heat promotes detoxification, circulation, and cellular regeneration – all without the overwhelming intensity of dry heat.

At Enso, our private infrared sauna suites combine smart heat technology with chromotherapy lighting, audio options, and optional contrast therapy for a fully immersive experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of infrared therapy does Enso use?

Our infrared sauna uses full-spectrum infrared therapy, including near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths. This allows for a customizable and deeply therapeutic experience tailored to your specific health and wellness goals.

Our sauna is a 2-person unit, ideal for solo sessions or for sharing the experience with a friend or partner in comfort.

We recommend wearing light, breathable clothing or a bathing suit. You can also use the sauna in a towel or lightweight robe—whatever helps you feel relaxed and comfortable.

How long is a typical sauna session?

Sessions typically last 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your goals and tolerance. First-time users may prefer starting with a 20- to 30-minute session and gradually increasing over time.

Infrared therapy may help with:

  • Detoxification

  • Improved circulation

  • Pain relief

  • Muscle recovery

  • Skin purification

  • Stress reduction

Each wavelength (near, mid, far) targets different layers of the body for a comprehensive wellness effect.

Infrared therapy is safe for most people. However, if you’re pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, or are on medications, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before booking a session.
