Common Questions
What does red light therapy actually feel like?
Mild warmth and a deep relaxation. Unlike UV light, red light causes no burning sensation. Most clients describe it as lying in warm sunlight without the heat intensity. You’ll feel calm during the session and energized after.
When will I see results?
Skin changes are typically visible within 4–8 sessions. Inflammation and pain reduction can be felt within 1–3 sessions. For cellular and systemic benefits, consistent use over 4–8 weeks produces the most significant results.
Is it safe for my eyes?
We provide protective eyewear for all red light sessions. Unlike UV exposure, red light does not damage eye tissue, but we follow best practices. Our equipment has been calibrated to therapeutic wavelengths — not UV-generating.
Can I combine it with infrared sauna?
Yes — it’s our most recommended pairing. Infrared opens circulation and dilates pores; red light then penetrates more deeply and drives cellular repair in a primed tissue environment. Add red light to any IR session for $15.
