Popular Treatments

Cold plunge therapy involves brief immersion in cold water, typically between 39°F–55°F, to promote recovery, reduce inflammation, and boost mental clarity. Our ColdLife system offers a clean, consistent, and controlled cold therapy experience.
We recommend starting with 2–3 minutes and gradually working up to 5–8 minutes, depending on your comfort level and experience. Sessions are supervised, and we guide you based on your goals and tolerance.

Please bring a swimsuit, towel, and flip-flops or water shoes. We provide access to a clean changing area and recommend wearing something comfortable for before and after your plunge.
Cold plunging is safe for most healthy individuals, but if you have heart conditions, Raynaud’s disease, or are pregnant, consult your doctor before booking a session.
